HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR SUPER X-FI AUDIO
Each of us hears the world differently — our unique head and ear shapes affect how we perceive sound. Super X-Fi uses computational audio to personalize the headphone experience based on how you hear sound to give you the most optimized and realistic listening experience.
This is done by simply taking three photos of your face and ears with your phone.
SXFI APP
Personalize your Super X-Fi profile through an advanced Head & Ear-Mapping process.
Step 1:
Download SXFI App on your mobile device and register for a Super X-Fi account.
Google Play Store | iOS App Store
(This is different from your Creative Store account).
Step 2:
Create your Super X-Fi profile via the SXFI App, select ‘Personalize' via the menu tab, and follow the guided Head and Ear-Mapping process.
Step 3:
Connect the SXFI TRIO to your device, and your profile should be transferred onto SXFI TRIO automatically.
Setup Complete!
Customize Your EQ
For the discerning audio lovers, you can push the audio personalization that much further by tweaking the EQ on the SXFI App via the Equalizer tab. Learn more about Super X-Fi.

USB-C Digital Audio
When it comes to acoustics performance, the SXFI TRIO certainly belies its size. Powered by USB-C digital audio and equipped with our proprietary Super X-Fi UltraDSP chip, the SXFI TRIO is capable of delivering hi-res pristine audio quality, yielding up to 100 dB SNR and 0.008% IMD, so you can hear every detail in your audio.
Hybrid Triple-Driver Headphones
In conventional headphone driver design, a single driver is taxed to reproduce the entire audio frequency range, which usually results in the loss of some audio details. The SXFI TRIO sports an in-house tuned, hybrid triple-driver system, where each of the three drivers are carefully selected and tuned to handle a different range of frequencies in the audio spectrum, allowing them to drive audio more efficiently while making sure that audio fidelity is not compromised.

Custom-designed Kevlar USB-C Cable
Strong. Durable. Light. Flexible. The SXFI TRIO is specially engineered with Kevlar-reinforced copper for exceptional tensile strength and wrapped in an aluminum and copper shield that makes it highly durable. The cable is then finished with a nylon braid to achieve maximum flexibility, and is capable of high-speed data transfer to drive the maximum potential of SXFI TRIO.
Noise Isolation Seal
A good seal not only blocks out unwanted noise from the surrounding, it also elevates your listening experience by allowing the audio to be heard with minimal environmental interference. The SXFI TRIO comes with noise isolation ear tips.
Comfortable All-day Wear
Built for comfort so that you can wear the headphones for hours on end without fatigue, the SXFI TRIO's angled in-ear design is meticulously calculated and fine-tuned after many tests to get the perfect fit. The SXFI TRIO also comes with 6 different sizes of silicone ear tips, so you can switch them out to find which fits you best.

SXFI WIRE Amps It Up
We've redesigned our original Creative SXFI AMP into the SXFI WIRE, and integrated it within the SXFI TRIO. The SXFI WIRE may be 40% smaller than the SXFI AMP, but it performs just as well with the same Super X-Fi UltraDSP Chip built-in. With SXFI WIRE, you can enjoy exceptionally powerful audio performance no matter where you are.
You can also switch on and off Super X-Fi audio holography, make quick volume adjustments, or control your music playback-all these nifty controls are accessible directly on the SXFI TRIO for your convenience.
Clear Voice Communication
With the MEMS mic built right into the cable, providing low noise, wide dynamic range and low distortion-your friends will hear you clearly. Combined with Super X-Fi technology, you will hear your friends or colleagues as if they were talking to you face to face.

Simple and attractive in design, yet incredibly complex below the surface. What Creative has achieved is undeniably remarkable. The TRIO are an excellent value for their innovation, quality, and performance. If it were not for the cable microphonics-related ergonomic challenges, I would have likely given these an additional 1/2 to 1 star. I’d urge you to try these and hear for yourself.
Straits Times
Using the Trio to watch Netflix and Apple TV+ movies on my MacBook Pro is a joy. You are getting almost-cinematic quality surround sound when watching these movies. For example, watching Avengers: Endgame, I can sense where the explosions and dialogue are coming from.

Almost everything about the Creative SXFI TRIO is top-notch: the design, the materials used and the build quality, not to mention the overall sound experience. Being able to keep the earbuds together when placed back to back is a nice touch, but the magnetic force holding them in place is not always strong enough. The custom-designed Kevlar cable is excellent and the retail package contains ear tips for virtually any ear size.

A much lighter solution when used with a phone on the go

Loved this wired headphone the most. Even after 2years of daily usage, this still provide top-quality sound. Earbud very comfortable. Mini-SXFI amp + USB-C works really well with Sony phones. As dead-hard Sony and Creative fans, Music is my everything, both company did really well on delivery of top-notch music quality. To be able to enjoy zero-lag during a rhythm game, wireless earphones are still on a disadvantage. If it wasn't that wiring has loosen, I think I will still continue to use this for a 3rd and 4th year.

Is the SXFI TRIO compatible with my phone?
The SXFI TRIO has been designed to work with fully compliant USB-C Android phones, for example, the Google Pixel series.
Some phones display partial compatibility with the SXFI TRIO, and may have limited mic functionality:
- Most Samsung phones implemented their USB-C differently from the Android standard, and thus exhibits mic compatibility issues. The music playback function is not affected.
- The SXFI TRIO is not compatible with iPhones and older USB Micro-B phones.
