There are 2 tiers – Basic and Premium. Sign up for an account on our website to become a Basic tier member. Once you have made the first purchase, you will automatically be converted to our Premium member.

Both membership tiers allow you to earn points through online purchases as well as through these interactions with us. However being a Premium member, you will enjoy additional privileges such as Birthday Month Rewards, Double Point Events, Private Sales and more. These Premium-member-only benefits will be communicated with you through our regular e-newsletters.
As Premium member perks and privileges are communicated through emails, all Premium members would automatically be subscribed on our mailing list for emails relating specifically to Premium-member news.
However, you will be given an option to unsubscribe from this Premium-member mailing list. Should you decide to do so, you will no longer receive any information about our Premium member privileges.
Prices of selected products are marked down for members. These prices are only visible to you after you’ve logged into your account. Without log in, visitors will only be able to see non-member prices.

For each friend that accepts your invitation, signs up for a new account through the link in your referral email, and subsequently makes a purchase, you will earn a total of 30 points. The points will only be awarded to you after your referred friend makes a purchase.

All customers who have made a purchase online will receive a survey questionnaire. This is to help us understand your shopping experience and also provide us with feedback on the products that you’ve purchased.
The shopping survey will be emailed to you 3 weeks after your products have been shipped. 10 points will be awarded if you complete and submit the survey.
Points earned will automatically be converted to store credits, which can be used to offset future online purchases. The conversion rate is 20 points = $1 store credit.
To redeem, log in to the website, shop for products and add them to cart. During checkout, you will have the options to i) Redeem all the store credit available; ii) Choose an amount for partial redemption; or iii) Not make any redemption
Yes, there is an expiry date to your membership points. Points for Basic members expire in 6 months, and 18 months for Premium members.
Expiry date is taken as the last day of the month. E.g. if you earn 100 points as a Basic member on 2nd Dec this year, then these points would expire on 30th Jun in the following year.
Points are only awarded after shipping. Should you decide to cancel an order after points have been awarded to you, then the points earned from the order will be deducted accordingly.
