| 1 - What do I do if I forget my password? | |
| Any time you're asked to log in to your account using your user name and password, like when you click My Account, then Email Address, Password and Site Preferences, you'll see a Forgot Your Password? link. Just click on it and follow the instructions on the next page to either view your password hint or change your password. After you remember or reset your password, you can change it at Email Address, Password and Site Preferences in the My Account section. | |

| 2 - How do I close my Creative Labs account? | |
| Once your account is closed, neither you nor any representative of Creative Labs can access it. To permanently close your account, please call us between 9AM and 6PM Central Monday through Friday at 1-800-998-1000. | |
