| 2 - When can I expect my order to arrive? | |
| We estimate shipping and delivery based upon the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
For each available shipping option, an estimate of the minimum and maximum number of business days to receive your order is provided to help you gauge which shipping option it best for you. If an item is in-stock and your order is placed during a weekday before 2PM Central Time it may be possible (but not guaranteed) to receive your order within the minimum number of days quoted. | |

| 4 - Will you guarantee my order will arrive in the maximum number of business days? | |
Under normal circumstances, all in-stock orders should arrive no later than the maximum number of business days. However, the following circumstances may extend your estimated delivery time.
For your protection, your order can also be subject to additional processing time as we carefully screen and verify it to help prevent fraudulent account activity. | |

| 5 - Why would I not receive my order in the minimum number of business days? | |
Although we would prefer to get your order to you in the minimum number of business days, it's realistically not possible to do so in all cases. Before relying solely on the minimum number of days for delivery, please note the following exceptions:

| 6 - Can I ship orders to a PO, APO, or FPO box? | |
We're sorry, we don't currently ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes. We hope that you can place your order using your street address or perhaps you could ask a friend to accept an order on your behalf. | |

| 7 - Can I ship orders outside of the US? | |
| Yes, we deliver to many international destinations. For assistance with orders outside of the US, please call 1.800.998.1000 between the hours of 9am-6pm CST Monday through Friday. Orders shipped outside of the US may have longer delivery times due to customs regulations beyond our control. | |

| 8 - Are there any additional costs for orders shipped outside of the U.S.? | |
| You may owe customs or duties on your order shipped outside of the U.S., including those shipped to Canada. We do not collect international duties or taxes, such as the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST); all applicable international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. | |
