| | 1 - Why do you ask for my CVN when I place an order? Where do I find it? |

| | For your protection, we request the CVN or Card Verification Number from your credit card. It protects you by verifying that the credit card is actually present during the transaction. The CVN is a 3- or 4-digit number on your credit card. You can find it on the back of your Visa, MasterCard or Discover; it's the last set of numbers on the signature strip. On American Express cards, you can find the CVN on the front of your card above your credit card number. |

| | We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo on front. If you wish to pay by check, call us at 1-800-998-1000 Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM, Central Time. All orders are calculated and billed in US dollars. |

Shipping and handling charges are subject to sales tax in some states, as required by state law. The appropriate sales tax will be refunded for returned items.
