	1 - How do I redeem a coupon or certificate code?

	Check the details of your coupon or certificate for specific requirements. To use your coupon or certificate code, just make a purchase that meets the coupon's requirements and enter the coupon code. Some coupons may require that you purchase specific products or spend a minimum amount before qualifying for the discount. You can enter the coupon or certificate code on the Confirm page near the end of the checkout process. Just type your code in the box under Coupon/Certificate # and press the Apply Coupon button.

	2 - How do I redeem a mail-in rebate?

	Follow the instructions on your rebate form carefully to avoid delays. For most rebates, you'll have to follow steps similar to the following; check the details of your rebate for specific instructions. 1. Buy the Creative Labs product included in the rebate within the rebate period 2. Fill in the rebate form with your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Be sure to double-check the information and write legibly. 3. Send the completed form, a copy of your original receipt with the Creative Labs product circled, and the entire original UPC code from the Creative Labs package to the address listed on the form by the date listed on your rebate.
