1 - How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order any time before it goes into the processing and transit stage. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

1. Click the My Account link next to the shopping cart at the very top of the website.
2. Click the Order Status & Purchase History link under Shopping Tools & Information.
3. Click the order number of the order you want to cancel to view the order's details.
4. Click the Cancel This Order button to cancel your order.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you cancel your order.

If the Cancel This Order button does not appear, you order has already entered the processing and transit stage and can no longer be cancelled. See How can I return, exchange or get a refund on an order? for information on returning unwanted items.

2 - How can I return, exchange or get a refund on an order?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you can exchange or return for refund any item that you purchased directly from us within 30 days of your original invoice date. We'll accept your return or exchange of any item that is damaged, defective or otherwise does not meet your expectations.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. Even if you refuse a shipment, you will still be responsible for all shipping charges.

Certain items, such as refurbished items available in Savings Center and inPerson, may be subject to a different set of terms and conditions that govern returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty. Please check each item's individual description for specific terms and conditions of sale.

To return a product for an exchange or refund

1. Contact Us online, or call us at 1-800-998-1000 Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM, Central Time. For faster service, please have your order number ready when you contact us.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
3. After your return is received by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable, or it will be exchanged for another item. Processing your return usually takes 3 business days from the day we receive it.

Creative Factory-Refurbished Return Policy
Unless otherwise noted, all Creative factory-refurbished are guaranteed to be in full working order at the time of purchase and protected by a 90 day limited hardware warranty. Factory-refurbished items may have some cosmetic defects and may not include all of the contents found in the original retail product. All sales of factory-refurbished items are final.


Note: A 10% restocking fee will apply to any inPerson unit returned for a refund.
