If your Creative product came preinstalled in or distributed with your computer system, it is likely an OEM product. You should request support and warranty service for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products directly from the PC manufacturer because they are often specifically customized for the PC manufacturer that ships them. Our extensive Knowledge Base includes a variety of general support information including "how-to" articles and general installation instructions that may also apply to your OEM product. You may be able to find OEM drivers on our site for a limited number of products. However, unless a Knowledge Base article or driver listing states it is for your specific OEM product, you should always contact your original supplier for hardware, driver, and other technical issues. |
