Many of our retailers have collection containers available for you to recycle these items. Alternatively, you can also send any Creative products or Creative rechargeable battery to us at the following address and we will make sure that they are recycled properly.

Caution!
For Creative products containing embedded rechargeable batteries, please do not attempt to remove the battery from the device.

For removable rechargeable batteries, it is recommended to remove the rechargeable batteries only when they are fully discharged. Also, precaution needs to be taken on metal parts of the battery by covering them with isolation materials such as scotch tape.
